How do I live without the expressway?
I have called myself expressway girl since I was a student at Chula. I take the expressway everday..to study
to work, to shop, to meet my friends, to pick up my mom at the office, to see the dentist at Silom, and so on.
As you know, my workplace is changed from Laksi (very close to my house) to Suvarnnabhumi (in Samutprakarn).
It takes 44 k.m. from my house by using the expressway. That means I drive about 90 k.m. per flight.
Driving to the new airport is not too bad. It takes about 45 minutes with the speed 100-120 k.m./hour.
Last month I spent about 4,000 bath on the express way toll and fuel.
Moreover, I can go anywhere that is near the expressway. In my opinion, it's not far coz I can drive
so I don't understand when my friends at Chula said "Mod, your house is far. or Are you o.k. to meet at ......?"
By the way, there are so many books which I haven't finished reading on my desk, in the overnight bag and in the living room.
